Experimental Skills:

  1. Epidemiological: Field level human data and sample collection (Questionnaire, blood, urine, water, nail, hair, milk, cultivated rice, daily consumed food items and vegetables) for the analysis of arsenic on them and their cryopreservation.
  2. Nitric acid digestion of rice, foods and vegetables for metal analysis
  3. Animal model experiment:
  1. Experiences on animal (mice or rat) handling and maintainance.
  2. Collection of blood and different organs from the mice, and their laboratory analysis.
  1. Molecular Biological experiment: Nucleic acid (RNA and DNA) isolation and purification from blood cell and tissues, quantification of DNA/RNA through spectrophotometer or nanodorf, RT-PCR, Agarose gel electrophoresis and Primer design.
  2. Biochemical Test: Clinical and Pathological analysis of blood and urine samples (all biochemical parameter by using Humalyzer).
  3. Immunology related Techniques: ELISA by micro-plate reader.
  4. Biostatistics: Operation of SPSS for data analysis.
